This is the first issue of a totally new User Group Newsletter. Even that name is new as well as a total redesign of the content and format including for first time real paid advertisements. This issue included a new Q&A column and a section on user tips as well as a review of the calendar of events for 1999. There was also an article on WAVE as well as review of V15.0 functionality.
