This issue included a preview of of the upcoming 14th International Users Group Meeting coming up in Long Beach, CA. The issue also included a review of the Special Interest Group just finished in Cambridge, MA. There was also an update of the status of the various regional user groups as well as several user interviews from the fall meeting.
