Here is another issue that appears to have a mis-numbered designation. While it was labled as Number 3, it was obviously Number 4 since there already had been a Number 3. The issue also included a review of the Fall Workshop '92 just finished in Orlando, FL and there was a review of the ER's which had been presented at the Fall Workshop.
